I wanted to share a message about the importance of celebrating your health journey.
My mom flew in from California and spending the last few weeks with her brought back so many memories about food, dieting and the health journey we have both walked.
We all have a health journey filled with good memories, as well as many challenging moments.
Each moment empowers us to learn, grow and move closer to what we all really want which is to wake up feeling good, take on the day with energy and know our quality of health lets us live the life we want.
This is exactly what I learned with my own health journey and have helped coach millions of others to also learn with their journey.
From a soccer player, to eating whatever I wanted and quickly gaining 60 lbs, to starving myself with a Keto diet and intermittent fasting in the 90’s, to finding the answer by balancing my blood sugar with #PFC3 as a top fitness model & body builder, to now to living my greatest health with an amazing relationship with food.
And now seeing my mom finally loving her food, eating balanced meals, moving her body, and living with great health at 80 means everything. ❤️
