Start Where You Are & Lean Into Your Health

Hello Health Champion!

Last week I had a couple of amazing days with my mom, my sister Laurie and her awesome four kids.

Laurie has been a chronic dieter for the last 30 years, always looking for the next magic pill or quick fix health program in search for her path to finding body confidence.

But last week something special happened, Laurie finally asked for help with her food, exercise and overall health.  She was ready to stop dieting and start living with food freedom.

I wanted to share this story with you as a dose of inspiration that regardless of your past, transforming your health is always just a decision away.

It’s as simple as Forgetting Where You Were and Starting Where You Are.

You see, most  of us have said or thought one of these statements…

“When I was in high school I could eat anything I wanted”

“I had such a fast metabolism in my twenties”

“That Keto and/or intermittent Fasting diet worked so good before, but it’s not working now”

“I know what to do, but I’m not doing it”

This list could go on forever… the reality is each year, your life, body and metabolism evolves and if you keep living in your past health success, there’s a good chance you’ll struggle in the present & future.

As your life evolves, your health needs to evolve with it and create a solid foundation to build from.

Starting where you are gives you the ability to focus on the now and begin progressing 1% a time without the pressure from the past.

And even with this mindset shift I know change can be stressful and is never simple.  So here’s a quick video helping you go back to the health basics and Start Where You Are.

And if you’re up to learning more and start living with food freedom dive into our of our nutrition programs or take an adventure with one of my best-selling books.

Always remember there’s many things you can’t control in life, but the one thing you can is how you take care of yourself.
