Yesterday was an inspiring day and reminded me why I wrote Body Confidence.
I can’t believe it’s almost the 10 year anniversary of its release, Wow, time goes so fast!
Our HLN segment was sharing Top Chef’s Kevin Gillespie’s amazing transformation with his health and mindset.
Kevin talked about being Body Positive and shared his challenges with body image. His focus on 1% progress helped him start living his best health with strength, confidence and joy.
Hearing his story and journey brought me back to the meaning of Body Confidence. It’s about living fearlessly and fighting for your best body, whatever that may be, regardless of what society says. It’s important to always remember You determine your health success, not the scale.
